About the Job:

As a member of the Capco functional Allegro Team, you’ll bring practical back-office experience in Allegro and support day-to-day operations of the Allegro system.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Gas & Power Back Office business processes, including settlement, month-end close, invoicing, and SAP interfaces


• Configure and support the Allegro ETRM system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational efficiency


• Troubleshoot daily operational issues across ETRM workflows, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions


• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Volume Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Logistics, and Settlements to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing


• Provide guidance and best practices for system enhancements, process improvements, and integration strategies


• Support testing, training, and documentation efforts for system changes and upgrades


• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

What You’ll Bring With You:

• Proven experience in Gas & Power Back Office operations within the energy trading sector


• Strong hands-on expertise in Allegro ETRM system configuration and support


• Solid understanding of ETRM lifecycle processes, including trade capture, invoicing, settlements, and financial close


• Experience with SAP interfaces and integration points with ETRM systems


• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and resolve complex operational issues


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment


• Experience in consulting or advisory roles within the energy or utilities sector


• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in energy trading


• Knowledge of other ETRM systems


• Must be able to work onsite 5 days
