Senior Lead Product Manager - Platform Infrastructure & Experiences
Siepe is a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Dallas, TX – focused on helping investment managers turn complexity into clarity. We build software and data solutions that give hedge funds and financial services firms the visibility, speed, and confidence they need to make better decisions – faster.
Our platform delivers a unified source of truth that empowers our clients with real-time, actionable insights. We don’t just serve the industry – we help modernize it!
Siepe is profitable, privately held, and growing fast. We offer more than just competitive pay and great benefits—we offer the chance to do impactful work alongside sharp, driven teammates in a culture that rewards curiosity, initiative, and follow-through. Whether you come from finance, tech, or are charting a new path, you’ll find meaningful problems to solve, real ownership, and the momentum to grow your career with purpose.
We are looking for a Senior Lead Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of the Siepe platform’s shared capabilities — including platform infrastructure, our AI Agent (Lumen), AI-powered user experiences, core reporting and dashboards, and our Excel integration surface.
This is a player-coach role. You will directly lead product work on the platform’s most strategic components and cross-functionally influence high-performing teams of product managers. You will define the platform vision, set the roadmap, and ensure our shared capabilities deliver seamless, consistent, scalable experiences across all Siepe products. This role is pivotal in Siepe’s transformation into a data-first, AI-empowered, enterprise-grade platform used by leading credit managers.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the platform infrastructure strategy that supports all Siepe products — data services, eventing, workflow orchestration, permissions, performance, and scalability.
- Lead the product vision and roadmap for Lumen, Siepe’s AI Agent, including natural language experiences, agentic workflows, and cross-product intelligence.
- Own and evolve core reporting and dashboard frameworks — enabling consistent, powerful, and customizable analytics for front, middle, and back-office users.
- Oversee the Excel integration strategy, ensuring seamless bidirectional data movement, templating, and embedded data governance.
- Drive the creation and adoption of shared UX patterns, platform components, and cross-product experiences.
- Provide leadership and mentor team members, fostering a culture of impact, clarity, accountability, and excellence.
- Establish product best practices — roadmapping, discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and measurement.
- Serve as a strategic partner and thought leader across the organization, influencing engineering, design, sales, and client success.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX Design, Data, and Operations to ensure platform capabilities meet business and technical expectations.
- Partner with compliance, OMS, and data teams to ensure deep integration and consistent experiences across Siepe products.
- Collaborate with clients and users to validate platform decisions, ensure adoption, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Balance long-term platform investments with near-term delivery needs, ensuring stability, scalability, and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
- 7-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading PMs or cross-functional product teams.
- Proven success owning platform-level or cross-product capabilities at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products, natural language interfaces, or workflow automation is highly preferred.
- Deep familiarity with data-intensive enterprise products, reporting frameworks, or analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of API-first design, integration ecosystems, and platform extensibility.
- Exceptional communication skills — able to influence at all levels from executives to engineers.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- A passion for building foundational capabilities that unlock value across an entire product suite.
