Sales Consultant - Telephone Sales (San Antonio, TX)
ESA Buzz Project is redefining how local communities connect with businesses. Our platform empowers residents with smart discovery tools and helps local entrepreneurs grow through advanced advertising and SaaS solutions. The ecosystem combines AI-powered search, interactive maps, eCommerce tools, and SaaS solutions designed to help small and medium businesses grow their visibility and revenue.
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Consultan t to drive subscription and SaaS sales for local businesses in San Antonio . This role plays a key part in expanding our footprint and strengthening our recurring revenue model.
Key Focus Areas
- Selling subscription-based business listings
- Promoting SaaS tools for customer management, billing, and automation
- Proactively reach out to local businesses via outbound calls.
- Educate business owners on the value of ESA Buzz’s digital solutions.
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Increase customer lifetime value through renewals and upselling.
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking and reporting.
- Contribute market intelligence and business feedback to the team.
Position & Structure
The role is structured in two phases:
- Phase A: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Phase B: Potential transition to Full-Time Employment (W-2), subject to successful performance and Company discretion
Phase A - Independent Contractor (1099)
Duration: First two (2) calendar months
- Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Compensation:
- Fixed monthly compensation: USD 2’000
- Sales commission: 50% of sales closed
Phase B - Full-Time Employment (W-2)
Subject to the successful completion of the initial independent contractor period, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer you full-time employment.
- Status: Full-Time Employee (W-2)
- Compensation:
- Base salary: USD 5’000 per month
- Sales commission: 15% of closed sales

REQUIREMENTS
- A driven and results-oriented professional who excels at building strong business relationships.
- Experience in media, print advertising, or SaaS sales is essential.
- A confident, articulate communicator who can quickly establish rapport with local business owners.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-focused, and committed to developing stable, recurring income.
- Well-versed in the San Antonio market and genuinely passionate about supporting the growth of local businesses.
- Existing connections from previous roles in newspapers, magazines, radio, or Yellow Pages are a strong advantage.
