We’re looking for an experienced Building Automation Service Manager to lead a growing team of field technicians across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This person will oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure system performance, and build long-term client relationships through quality support and technical excellence.

What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor the BAS service team, managing daily scheduling, dispatch, and field performance.
Provide high-level technical guidance for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and optimization of BAS/DDC control systems.
Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and service contracts.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and project teams to support upgrades, retrofits, and service transitions.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and technical expertise.
Track service KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Building Automation / HVAC Controls with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role.
Strong technical background in BACnet, DDC controls, and energy management systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple service teams and client portfolios across the DFW metro.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred, not required).

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Reliable Controls, Tridium Niagara, or similar BAS platforms.
Familiarity with retrofits, system migrations, and analytics tools.
Experience supporting K–12, higher education, or healthcare facilities.
