• This job is part of the Currency Partnerships Team within the Commercial Division.
• Responsible for executing and reporting on initiatives that drive innovation and growth for our co-brand portfolio.

What you'll do

• Identify and plan initiatives to enhance employee participation and engagement in the live selling credit card channels to drive acquisitions and meet portfolio objectives
• Collaborates with issuer, network, agency, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute innovative projects
• Develop and update reports to analyze results of promotions, initiatives, and ongoing employee engagement to validate the health of the business portfolio
• Develops presentations to keep leadership, internal, and external partners aligned with and aware of key initiatives and projects
• Manage the relationship with our third party agency that powers our live selling credit card channels and assist with project managing open initiatives
• Serve as an internal advocate for co-brand card products in cross-functional working groups and business teams
  
  

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience/training
• 3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Master of Business Administration or graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or related field
• Prior experience in loyalty marketing, credit card marketing, or financial services

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• ​Exceptional business acumen with firm grasp of marketing principles, economic concepts, and customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and propositions as well as consumer alternatives
• Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling and analysis
• Effective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
• Compelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others across levels of the organization
• Initiative to identify areas of interest beyond those that are specifically assigned
