Role Title: Canvasser / Outside Appointment Setter
Department: Marketing / Lead Generation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation Range: $13–15/hour base + uncapped appointment & close bonuses. Top performers can expect to earn $60,000–$95,000+ per year.
Location: Field-Based | DFW Territory

Role Overview (What You'll Do):- Meet homeowners in local neighborhoods.
- Start friendly, professional conversations.
- Schedule free exterior home inspections for our sales team.
- Represent our company with honesty, professionalism, and energy.
- Track appointments using our mobile app.
- Generate qualified homeowner appointments through neighborhood outreach.
- Build rapport and create positive first impressions with homeowners.
- Educate homeowners about Phillips Home Improvements and available services.
- Schedule qualified appointments that meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records and appointment information.
- Represent the Phillips Home Improvements brand professionally.
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance development.

Requirements
- Grit and Determination
- Valid TX Drivers' License and Good Driving Record
- Must be 18 years of age
- No Experience Required!
Benefits
- W-2 non-exempt
