We are looking for someone to work with us during peak season (May-September)
Summary:
Support Move Coordinator for private client (COD) move process during the traditional peak season.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Operations and Move Coordinator to ensure shipments are assigned to a van
Monitor van assignments/ Interact with Team Lead and Operations when load date is approaching if unassigned
Obtain load and delivery ETA's from Van Operators and advise Move Coordinator
Register auto orders in Mover Suite database
Audit COD international registrations for accuracy
Create and upload back up documentation for additional services
Ensure bill notes are properly notated
Update/correct fields in registration database
Ensure signed documents are uploaded to orders
set up Third Party services
Back up for Move Coordinator as needed
Audit and send supplemental statements to customers

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training in relocation industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
