We're currently hiring a dependable, hands-on Installer to specialize in installing Solatube tubular skylights and solar attic fans . This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your day, work independently in the field, and be part of a tight-knit, growing company.

This job might be for you if you:

• Like working with your hands and don't mind getting sweaty in the heat
• Are comfortable on roofs and in attics (not afraid of heights or tight spaces)
• Enjoy working solo from your own company van
• Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the day
• Take pride in showing up, doing quality work, and treating customers with respect

What the job looks like day-to-day:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to around 5:00 pm
• Start at our shop each morning to load materials
• Head out on your route to complete one or more installs per day
• Stay in touch throughout the day to update progress and timing
• Return equipment and prep for the next day

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Ranging from $35,000 - $65,000 per year
• Bonuses available for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and reliability

What we're really looking for:

• A hard worker who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Someone reliable and punctual , who others can count on
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with physical labor, ladders, heat, and tight spaces
• Roofing, carpentry, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required we will train the right person

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work on rooftops
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• GED or high school diploma preferred
