Compensation & Schedule

• $20.00/hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform budget assistance and accounting support including A/P, A/R, and petty cash handling

• Organize and facilitate departmental meetings, seminars, and cross-unit project coordination

• Develop, maintain, and analyze reporting systems to track performance metrics

• Prepare and distribute departmental communications, reports, and public-facing materials

• Deliver training to administrative staff and monitor documentation for compliance and accuracy

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years administrative experience with financial, budgeting, or procurement duties

• Strong organizational, data analysis, and report preparation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of public sector procedures, policies, or program operations

• Accounting/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Document publishing and editing software
