What You’ll Do:

· Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams

· Provide updated sales forecasts and maintain planning tools

· Assist logistics with overseas customer coordination

· Manage and track customer contracts and renewal dates

· Support dispute resolution and assist with product requests

· Enter and track customer orders in SAP, ensuring timely delivery updates.

· Communicate order status, pickup details, and issue resolution as needed.

What You Bring:

· Excellent communication and writing skills

· Experience working in the chemical/chemical manufacturing industry

· Experience with SAP, SAGE, or similar ERP systems

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree is a plus
