Job Overview:
Join our dedicated team as a Maintenance Technician and play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our facilities. As a vital part of our maintenance team, you will ensure that all our systems and equipment run efficiently, supporting the broader operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain crucial machinery and infrastructure to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Upkeep and Documentation: Use our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance schedules and record all work done accurately.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve facility operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in using tools and technology for maintenance tasks. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.
