IT Sourcer

: Job Title: IT Sourcer Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: As an IT Sourcer, you'll focus on proactively finding and engaging candidates for IT roles to generate a qualified talent pipeline of IT talent. You'll collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders and key stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective execution of attracting and acquiring top talent. A key responsibility is to develop and execute IT sourcing strategies, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders and a positive experience for candidates. Our IT Sourcer helps drive the Bank's people strategy of building a workforce of highly capable, top performing talent.

• Generate a pipeline of qualified, top performing IT talent, including building and maintaining a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Partner with multiple levels of leaders, including senior leaders, to understand the hiring needs and design sourcing strategies to find the right talent.
• Think strategically and creatively to proactively source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources (online databases, employee referrals, external events, professional associations, networking, research, etc.) while ensuring a pipeline of a diverse candidate slate, including senior and executive level pipelines.
• Create a positive candidate experience, guiding leaders and recruiters on expectations and timely feedback and follow-up throughout the process.
• Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, employment law and regulations, including adherence to OFCCP requirements.
• Enable and upskill Recruiters on sourcing and recruitment strategies.

What you'll need:

• 6+ years of related experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or similar field.
• IT sourcing experience with strong understanding or IT roles and industry trends.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative and creative search techniques, and recruiting related technology.
• Advanced experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches at a time with excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
