Job responsibilities include:

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for clients in the home setting (hygiene, incontinence care, mobility/transfer support, light housekeeping, meal preparation).
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion.
• Help keep the client's environment clean and organized.
• Remind client to take self-administered medications.
• Report changes in the client's condition to provide quality of care.

Required skills include:

• Two years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA), provide professional references.
• Alzheimer's/dementia experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of current car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
