Job Description
- To complete work orders and general apartment repairs
- To troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Type II or Universal required)
- To assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
- To perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- To maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
Required Qualifications
- Apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Ability to use hand and power tools (personal tools required)
- Knowledge of common apartment maintenance repairs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Own vehicle
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $23/hr
- Contract to hire
