About the Role:
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home, patient-centered therapy to pediatric clients You will support SLPs in helping children improve speech, language, and communication skills through engaging interventions.
Scheduling Options:
- Part-time: under 24 visits per week
- Full-time: 25+ visits per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans.
- Support assessment and monitor patient progress.
- Teach families communication techniques and home strategies.
- Keep detailed documentation of sessions.
- Collaborate with SLPs and care teams.

Requirements
- Licensed SLPA in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
