Location: Hurst, Texas
Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission & Monthly Performance Bonuses
Hours: 40–60 hours/week
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekends as needed

As we expand across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, we’re hiring hands-on, motivated Store Managers who can lead by example, drive sales, and build strong team culture in a fast-paced wireless environment.

Your Role as Store Manager

• Lead daily operations and sales efforts at the store
• Manage, train, and motivate sales associates
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure store targets are met
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage stock levels
• Implement local marketing strategies to grow store traffic
• Ensure compliance with company standards and Total's brand guidelines

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
• High School diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or wireless management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Background check required

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience with Verizon or other wireless providers
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, KPIs, and inventory systems
• Previous experience in launching or managing a new store

Schedule

• Typically 5–6 days/week
• Mix of open and closing shifts
• Flexibility required for peak sales days and promotions
