Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of 5–10 engineers in building and delivering critical projects for our SaaS platform. You will be directly responsible for coaching, mentoring, and guiding engineers across multiple tech stacks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software that drives customer success.

This role reports to the Director of Application Development and works closely with Product, QA, and Leadership to align technology with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5–10 software engineers.
• Drive project execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of critical initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business goals into technical deliverables.
• Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and SaaS scalability.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience (managing teams of 5+ engineers).
• Strong background in SaaS software development with proven delivery experience.
• Hands‑on expertise working with SaaS code bases.
• Track record of driving technical projects from concept to release in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Leadership.
• US‑based, with working hours aligned to Central or Eastern time zones.
