Document Control Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Document Control Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee training and certification records, ensuring compliance with Client, legal, and project requirements , and supporting companywide documentation processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills , and an interest in compliance and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an efficient system for tracking employee certifications, licenses, and training records.
- Ensure all records meet Client, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Accurately upload and maintain documentation in internal systems, ensuring current versions are available and outdated versions are archived.
- Generate regular reports on certification status, compliance metrics, and outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to schedule required training and maintain up-to-date records.
- Support employees and managers with documentation needed for client requirements, audits, and visa/work authorization processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline documentation practices and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience working with documentation, compliance, or training records.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Google Suite and document management systems.
