Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $67,500 base salary + 3% commission on gross sales

About the Role

Elevation Roofing & Restoration LLC is hiring a Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the Commercial and Multi-Family roofing sector in the Greater Houston area. We're looking for a self-motivated, honest, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment and understands both sales and the technical side of commercial roofing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow your book of business across Houston's commercial roofing market

• Build relationships with General Contractors, Property Managers, HOA Boards, and building owners

• Promote and sell roofing systems including:

  • Low-Slope: TPO, Modified Bitumen, PVC, coatings

  • Steep-Slope: Asphalt Shingles, Metal, Tile

• Walk roofs, assess conditions, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals

• Run both self-generated and company-scheduled sales appointments

• Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and manage client relationships post-sale

• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in CRM software

• Meet and exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of sales experience in commercial roofing

• Field experience in install methods for low-slope, coatings, and metal roofing

• Strong ability to walk jobs, create accurate estimates, and write proposals

• Confident managing customer relationships and generating own sales leads

• Able to run appointments and close deals effectively

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiar with roofing systems, CRM tools, and general sales processes

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
