Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

The Production Associate will work on a production line dedicated to manufacturing window shades and blinds for both residential and business applications. This role requires hand dexterity for assembling small components, with a preference for candidates with prior assembly line experience.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in the fabric/cloth cutting section of the production line.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet inspection standards at each stage.
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
• Engage in cross-training to learn other parts of the production line.
• Stand for prolonged periods during the workday.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing Line Assembly experience.
• Quality Inspection in a production line setting.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Good attention to detail for quality checks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing production experience is preferred.
• Experience working with fabric/cloth is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn new processes through cross-training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
