This entry-level position offers the opportunity to grow into a full Transaction Coordinator role based on performance and initiative. Compensation:$15 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Manage the pre-contract process, including document prep and tracking
- Draft real estate documents (offers, agreements, addenda)
- Input and update property listings in the MLS
- Monitor compliance and follow up on missing paperwork
- Support the coordination team with tasks
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team
- Stay organized and meet all task deadlines using our internal systems
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed
- Texas Real Estate License
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with real estate contracts or transaction processes
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in real estate admin, customer service, or transaction coordination is a plus
