Department Administrator
- Providing basic support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area.
- Performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties.
- Preparing reports, presentations or correspondence. Following organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks
- Supporting in facilitating logistics of functional group and handling special projects as assigned.
- Have High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years office administrative experience.
- Expert computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or advanced knowledge of company-specific databases
- Experience in SAP / ARIBA
- Have some knowledge of practices and procedures of the department.
- Have good communication and analytical skills. Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated.
