Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (or another standard 8-hour shift).

Compensation: $57.69 – $67.31 / Per Hour

Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position will oversee the full employee lifecycle while serving as the primary HR leader for a growing, multi-site organization. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR responsibilities and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day HR function as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership across multiple locations.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and help resolve personnel concerns.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits while maintaining accurate HR records and system data.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership to recommend and implement improvements to HR processes and programs.
- Oversee performance management initiatives, employee development, and learning opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS records while supporting reporting and documentation needs.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, compensation, and workplace procedures.
- Support organizational initiatives while contributing wherever needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional HR education or certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ADP for HRIS and payroll administration.
- Demonstrated success managing a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee development.
- Previous HR leadership experience supporting organizations with approximately 100–500 employees.
- Experience working within a lean HR team where both strategic planning and day-to-day execution were required.
- Background in retail, nonprofit, or similarly service-focused industries is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
