Solutions Architect, MarTech
This is a Hybrid role in Irving/TX that requires 3 days in the office

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our MarTech (Marketing Technology) team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of systems architecture, experience with cloud platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design and architecture of complex IT systems, ensuring that they meet the business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Develop and implement architectural frameworks and methodologies to guide the design and integration of various technology components.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with the organization’s enterprise architecture and technology standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Assess the technical feasibility of new projects and provide recommendations on the best technological approaches.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Present and communicate architectural designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and provide value to the organization.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to the organization’s needs.
Minnimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering experience and minimum 1 year solution architecture/system integration experience.
- Experience working on Front-End technologies/frameworks such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typscript and Java on the backend.
- Experience working with public cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS.
- Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Preferred Qualificatoins:
- Proficiency in digital analytics, CDP, and personalization platforms.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and data integration.
- Previous Experience working with Marketing Technology teams.

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $120000 - $160000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
