Pricing Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

As a Pricing Sourcing Specialist , you will support the Strategic Sourcing team with supplier management activities for non-stocked products and the vendor direct program. Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Management, you will collaborate closely with Category Management, Supply Chain, Sales, and Global Sourcing teams to drive growth for the Sourced Products team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update pricing in the system; analyze and report the impact of pricing changes.

• Update, track, and report on Pro Perk Accounts.

• Maintain and update the Supplier Portal.

• Upload and manage supplier contracts in the contracts database.

• Generate monthly supplier performance reports.

• Support master data cleanup in SAP to improve data accuracy.

• Generate and track Claim Back reports.

• Assist with sourcing commodities, tools, and parts.

• Support development and implementation of supplier scorecards for performance reviews.

• Partner with buyers, engineers, sales teams, and management to identify new product needs.

• Identify and implement material cost reduction opportunities from new and existing sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Working knowledge of SAP.
