Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Job description:
Why This Is a Great Opportunity
- Step into a more senior litigation role with real ownership over your cases, strategy, and outcomes
- Join a team that values courtroom readiness, not just paper pushing
- Handle meaningful insurance defense and personal injury matters with strong day-to-day autonomy
- Enjoy a hybrid schedule that offers flexibility while keeping you connected to the team
- Competitive compensation for attorneys who can independently move cases forward
- Build long-term career traction with a stable firm that values work ethic, responsiveness, and results

Note: You must be licensed in Texas and have around 5 years of insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience. This role is best suited for an attorney who can manage a docket with confidence, communicate well with clients and carriers, and contribute at a more independent level.
