Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient Experience is preferred.
• Will accept New Grads.
• Will accept First Time Travelers.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week; will see 12-14 patients/day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
