Compensation Range: $50-70/hr

Job Description:
Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance initiatives for the client's enterprise data efforts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for MDM field requests

• Coordinate cross-functional teams through end-to-end data field delivery

• Analyze field attributes: values, rules, validations, dependencies, access, and population logic

• Assess upstream and downstream systems for integration and data flow impact

• Build standardized intake processes for contract data

• Identify and document master records and ownership

• Define and automate current and future-state processes

• Contribute to improving .com capabilities and reducing call center dependency

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 7–10 years of experience in Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Strong experience with Business Analyst Processes

  • Demonstrated ability to define data governance frameworks

  • Proficient in documenting processes, building data catalogs, and cross-team collaboration

  • Ability to communicate complex technical and business requirements clearly

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Stibo or other MDM platforms

  • Background in Master & Reference Data Management systems
