NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician

Location: San Antonio, TX

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of facilities and equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-minded, and experienced in general maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

• Inspect facilities to identify repair needs and safety concerns

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures

• Assist with basic facility upkeep, including painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs

• Coordinate with vendors or contractors when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• HVAC certification or EPA certification is a plus

Work Environment & Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods

• May require on-call availability depending on facility needs
