Document Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Coordinator to join our team in Baytown, TX, 77523. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating documentation processes to ensure smooth operations within our facility. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all documentation related to projects and operations.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify documentation requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Train staff on documentation processes and best practices.
- Handle document revisions and ensure proper version control.
- Perform regular reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with IOS9001
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in document management or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to documentation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
