Garden Crew Member Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $14.00 to $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift
- 40 hours a week
- Store open Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm
- Two weekdays off (weekends required unless coverage is lost).
- Maintenance role, ideal for someone who likes variety, flexibility, and hands-on work
- Unloading trucks, loading/unloading materials for customers, potential tractor training, and general physical tasks
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (mulch, soil, pottery, etc.).
- Welding and mechanical/preventative maintenance knowledge are a plus (but not required)
Garden Crew Member Qualifications:
- Previous garden knowledge is preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
