• Full-time, Monday–Friday

ROLE IMPACT: This role provides essential administrative support to the foreclosure process, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with procedures, and timely progression of cases. Success is defined by efficient case handling, clear communication with stakeholders, and maintaining strict confidentiality. The position plays a critical role in protecting client interests and facilitating accurate property transitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily foreclosure case processing, ensuring all tasks are completed within established timelines

• Review, compile, and maintain foreclosure-related documentation and property conveyance/encumbrance records

• Conduct bankruptcy searches per established procedures and review title reports from multiple applications

• Coordinate and process mailings, data entry, and spreadsheet updates to track foreclosure cases

• Communicate with property owners, vendors, and clients to provide updates and address inquiries

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years’ real estate office experience; foreclosure experience preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office, including strong Excel skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and perform under pressure

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Title and property records platforms

• Bankruptcy search applications

• Foreclosure tracking databases

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Customer service experience in a high-volume environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to establish and maintain positive client/vendor relationships
