Deltek Systems Admin or Super User
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deltek Systems Administrator or Super User in Dallas, TX. Summary: We are looking for a Deltek System Administrator (Contract) to support a professional services organization during a multi-year ERP transition. This role will focus on maintaining and supporting the existing Deltek environment (Vision or Vantagepoint) while ensuring business continuity. This is a hands-on, functional support role ideal for someone with foundational Deltek experience who is looking to grow their system administration skillset. Responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day support for Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
- Manage user access, roles, and basic security configurations
- Assist with system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support finance and accounting users with system-related questions
- Help ensure stability and performance during ERP migration activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address system needs and issues
- 2-5 years of experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a functional or administrative capacity
- Understanding of project accounting, finance, or related business processes
- User provisioning
- Role-based access controls
- Basic system configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a transitioning environment
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Background in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or consulting
- Prior experience supporting ERP migrations or system transitions
- Accounting or finance background with strong technical aptitude
