BH ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR - PER DIEM

Michael’s House is currently seeking a dynamic Per Diem Admissions Coordinator . The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks and responds to initial inquiries associated with the admission center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers calls from prospective patients from across the country in need of addiction treatment.
• Using focused listening, investigative, and communication skills the AC engages with prospective patients to identify their particular need and ultimately converts the call to an admission for the appropriate treatment solution.
• Thoroughly and clearly documents each patient interaction.

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the health field or equivalent.
• Addictions Counselor licensure or related certification is required.
