Excel Fitness is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We own and operate 34 Planet Fitness clubs across 3 states - and we're growing every day!

You will work in a call center environment, providing support services via telephone and email. You will act as an advocate to our members, guests and prospective members, helping to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Your contributions

1. Receive inbound calls in a friendly manner from prospective and current members.
2. Answer questions involving general information about Planet Fitness.
3. Explain Planet Fitness policies to prospective and current members
4. Inform prospective members the current prices and promotions
5. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
6. Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts.
7. Answer detailed questions regarding member’s contract and company policies.

Your qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with prospects, members and co-workers.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Bonus points

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 1 – 3 years of call center or customer service experience
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
