Client Relationship Executive (CRE) - Consumer / Automotive
* Execute against relationship strategies by monetizing relationships to drive value and impact
* Identify solutions that meet client needs and support fulfillment of personal and account growth goals
* Drive exploratory conversations with clients that reflect our business' storefront offerings
* Identify and pursue new ("greenfield" and "white space") opportunities, leveraging personal, professional, and firm networks
* Represent "voice of customer" by bringing deep client and industry knowledge throughout sales lifecycle
* Collaborate and team across industries and sectors and with Lead Client Service Partners and others to drive growth
* Be a market sensor-providing proactive feedback on market shifts, competitive insights and "voice of the customer"
* Understand client's buying processes and budget cycle, as well as the client's business and strategic priorities
* Connecting Deloitte capabilities and assets to client strategy, challenges and executive priorities
* Contribute client and industry knowledge to development of account strategy and proactively understand relevant case studies and offerings The successful candidate would possess these skills

* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years of professional experience
* 5 years' minimum experience in the Automotive Industry selling or delivering professional or technical services
* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
* Ability to travel 20-60%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred Qualifications
* Education: MBA

* Experience:
* 10+ years' experience as a relationship and/or business development professional serving Automotive clients
* Strong professional services sales management knowledge and experience
* Proven track record in selling and/or delivering consulting, tax and advisory services to Automotive clients
* Demonstrable relationship building experience, which increased account penetration and led to increased revenue opportunities with new and existing clients-as well as ability to leverage pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the marketplace
* Working knowledge of competitive and teaming landscape; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
* Success in playing a leading role within an account team framework (i.e., working effectively with Lead Client Service Partners, Service Line/Industry leaders, practitioners, and other business development professionals)
* Experience working with large global, multi-national organizations with non-US headquarters
* Broad experience across the automotive value chain or automotive financial services domain The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,300 to $278,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a CRE incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
