Kaizen Summer Sales Internship
- Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach
- Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand customer base
- Conduct service demos to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that meet client needs
- Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Participate in sports like atmosphere and compete against yourself and teammates
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing or management
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong analysis skills to interpret conversations and understand which path to take them down
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus but not required
