Today, we're building on that rich heritage with a kitchen that deserves to be just as memorable.
Your Role:
As our Kitchen Manager, you'll:
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff with energy, expertise, and vision
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, food prep, and quality standards
- Develop menus and specials that celebrate our unique character
- Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen resources efficiently
- Maintain health and safety standards while fostering a collaborative kitchen culture
- Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless service
