Compensation: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and self-driven professional to support our purchasing and vendor operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with vendors, tracking details, and improving systems. You will work closely with leadership to help manage purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking.

Position Requirements:

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate purchase orders and vendor communication

• Track inventory and maintain purchasing records

• Maintain spreadsheets and internal tracking systems

• Request and compare pricing from vendors and suppliers

• Help source vendors and manage supplier relationships

• Assist in improving purchasing and inventory processes

• Support operational projects and procurement initiatives

• Ensure documentation and data accuracy across systems

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking information

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
