The Make Ready Specialist is responsible for the professional cleaning and detailing of new and used vehicles to ensure they are perfect for customer delivery.

Pay / Benefits
- Rate: $12.00/hr + Commission
- Commission: $25.00 per vehicle (split between 2-man team)
- Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (4x10hr shifts)
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, & 401(k) with Match
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional interior/exterior detailing for new and used vehicles.
- Perform spot/stain removal, buffing, and cleaning of all surfaces.
- Verify vehicle accessories, set clocks/radios, and apply dealership decals.
- Check fluids, fill fuel tanks, and perform final quality inspections.
- Maintain high Customer Service Index (CSI) scores.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional automotive detailing preferred.
- License: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Reliability: Ability to work a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
