Construction Superintendent

The Senior Construction Job Site Superintendent oversees the construction, renovation, and maintenance of gas stations. This role involves managing all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality construction and customer satisfaction. Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on the job site. Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Manage contractors and trades, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure all construction activities comply with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the job site. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and building codes. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the construction process. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of experience in lead superintendent position within the commercial industry

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to gas stations and c-stores

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
