Warehouse Material Flow Coordinator
A Day in the Life — Blum, TX (76627)
You clock in, glance over the inbound schedule, and get to work making sure every part, pallet, and package is right where it needs to be. From unloading and verifying deliveries to organizing inventory and preparing shipments, you keep materials moving so production never misses a beat.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own inbound: unload, inspect for quality, verify counts, and record receipts accurately.
- Place materials in assigned locations to maximize organization and accessibility across the facility.
- Prepare outbound orders—pick, pack, label, and stage shipments with precision.
- Operate forklifts and other powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep inventory up to date and support routine cycle counts and stock audits.
- Coordinate with teammates to help production meet schedules and deadlines.
- Champion safety and housekeeping to maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in warehousing or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment; certification preferred.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Comfort with physical work, including lifting heavy items.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory/data entry.
