KEY FUNCTIONS

• Provides feedback to the Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, and Clinical Nurse Leader through the evaluation of performance of clerical and clinical staff.

• Identification of the elements in a practice algorithm for each of the Survivorship disease types in Cancer Prevention Center.
• Articulate screening recommendations and cancer risks for men and women.
• Educate patients regarding lifestyle modification, health risks, and outcomes of cancer therapy. EDUCATION
- Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
- Preferred: At least two years of Clinical Nurse experience.
- Preferred: Ambulatory experience.
- Required: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license. Upon Hire
