Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $40,000–$42,000 annually
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics operations. This role plays a key part in managing inbound and outbound processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting SAP system operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to collaborate effectively across teams, including international partners.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Operations Management
- Support inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Verify proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all shipments
- Assist with inventory tracking by reconciling system data with physical counts
- Coordinate with internal material teams and overseas (Korea) teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, or operational issues
SAP System Management
- Enter, validate, and maintain accurate data within the SAP system
- Utilize SAP functionalities to support and improve operational processes
- Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide basic user support
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Korean preferred
