Known for its rooftop patios and unforgettable dining experiences, VIDORRA is where modern meets authentic. Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations at VIDORRA. This individual will embody the brand's energy and culture, drive operational excellence, and foster a high-performance team environment. As the face of VIDORRA, you will ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience while meeting revenue and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead and inspire the management team and hourly staff. Uphold and promote the Milkshake Concepts and VIDORRA brand standards. Foster a vibrant, guest-first, and inclusive culture. Operations & Execution Oversee all daily operations including FOH & BOH. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Maintain facility cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance. Financial Performance Drive restaurant sales and profitability. Manage P&L, labor costs, food costs, and other key performance indicators. Implement cost-control strategies and drive revenue-generating initiatives. Guest Experience Maintain exceptional service standards and address guest concerns promptly. Cultivate a hospitality-driven environment that drives repeat business. Talent Management Hire, train, schedule, and retain top talent. Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans. Lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering internal growth. Qualifications 3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants (Mexican cuisine experience preferred). Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering strong financial results. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality best practices. Passion for food, beverage, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
