Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Plano, TX

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an independent contractor role with competitive pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group is looking for W2 Dry Van drivers, with refrigerated routes available across all 48 states and considerable earning potential.

Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, providing ample time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia truck, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to enhance your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Engage in 100% no-touch refrigerated freight across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn an average weekly income of $1,600 to $1,800 with a competitive $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. Enjoy a sign-on bonus of $1,500, paid out at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• Enjoy OTR driving that covers all 48 states, with diverse refrigerated freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:
