About the Role:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess and implement personalized plans that promote mobility, strength, and independence in children at various developmental stages.
Scheduling Options:
- Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
- Daytime and after-school hours available
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based interventions to improve motor skills and mobility.
- Educate families on home exercises and safe movement strategies.
- Accurately document sessions, progress, and care updates.
- Participate in care planning and team collaboration.

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
