Bilingual Food Production Line Lead

Hours: 5:00am - 1:30pm M-F Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $17/hr - $19/hr Cold Environment
Must be willing to work under various temperatures typically ranging from 33 - 38 F to Ambient.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join our team in Lewisville, TX. The Production Lead will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor production staff.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in production management is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
