We are not a large corporation bogged down by layers of approval; we are a focused, high-performance team deliberately building the leadership structure to support our next phase of growth.

Direct Impact: Report to founding leadership. No layers, no red tape—just results.
Mentorship: Lead and develop two Property Accounting Managers already in place.
Scalability: Build the financial infrastructure to support doubling our current footprint.
Must-Haves:
✅ Retail Property Management: Full-cycle accounting experience.
✅ NNN Mastery: Expert-level Triple-Net reconciliations.
✅ Strategic Mindset: The ability to translate complex numbers into professional solutions.
✅ MRI Software Power User: Deep, hands-on technical expertise is mandatory.
Bonus Points for:
Experience with DoorLoop or Yardi.
Texas Real Estate License.
