Landmark Global Talent Acquisition Advisor
- Partner closely with senior leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies for leadership and mission-critical roles, lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Design and execute tailored search strategies, leveraging both internal and external talent channels.
- Ensure a high-touch, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and workforce planning.
- Provide oversight and project management for major recruiting initiatives, including hiring ramp ups for new capabilities or business expansions, Internship and early-career programs, critical workforce transformation initiatives.
- Establish clear milestones, governance, and reporting to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable hiring practices across all projects.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, Country HR business partners, Global Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to ensure hiring quality, velocity, and cost efficiency.
- Influence and align stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and consultative leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on strategic and senior-level hiring, including leadership of complex recruiting programs
- Proven success recruiting for technology organizations, with deep understanding of tech talent markets and roles; experience in the energy sector is preferred.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate with strategic perspective and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
